The NEW Leadership™ Development Network (NLDN) is an initiative by CAWP to encourage and support political leadership education for college women across the United States.

Each year, CAWP selects up to three partner schools who send representatives to attend the NEW Leadership™ New Jersey summer institute, where they meet with program staff and receive training on how to establish a NEW Leadership™ program at their home institution.
